Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on ANY services performed.

However, if there is an issue with a service you received, please

evaluate, correct, and ensure your satisfaction.

Vixen Hair Salon stands behind ALL of the products/tools/accessories that are sold.

Should you find dissatisfaction with any of the products or tools you purchase at Vixen Hair Salon,

we will gladly refund or exchange, as follows:

Unopened/Unused product(s) may be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase,

to receive a full refund.

“Used” product(s) returned within 7 days from the date of purchase,

with at least 75% of the product still remaining, will receive a 50% credit that

can be used towards the purchase of another product.

(No money will be refunded for lesser value exchanges.)

Tools, such as blow dryers, flat irons, curling irons, etc…

may be returned within 30 days of purchase, if and ONLY if a manufacturer defect is

detected and the tool still has ALL of it’s original packaging still included.

Available for equal exchange ONLY.

Accessories, such as hair brushes, hair extensions, hair clips, hair bands,

hair feathers, hair tinsel, etc…are FINAL SALES.

NO Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges will be allowed.
